The house is in a privileged position, right in front of the sea and a short distance from the suggestive Via Verde Path, a panoramic cycle path that runs along the coast offering breathtaking views and the opportunity to explore the beauty of the territory thanks to its proximity to State Road 16 that crosses all the towns of the Costa dei Trabocchi. During summer, the area comes to life thanks to the presence of numerous services, including welcoming bars, local cuisine restaurants, and beach establishments perfect for spending days of relaxation and fun. Despite the lively atmosphere of the summer months, the neighbourhood maintains an incredible tranquillity, making it ideal for those who want to rest away from the chaos of big cities.
