The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and is entirely surrounded by a large balcony that runs along the entire perimeter of the house, offering views of the majestic Abruzzo mountains while simultaneously losing oneself in the blue of the sea.
Exterior and Parking: The structure offers the possibility of parking in the external courtyard of the house, leaving manoeuvring freedom for other residents of the building. The apartment's balcony will be the ideal place to sip coffee while waiting to tour Abruzzo.

The apartment is located near the characteristic bell tower, symbol of the village, and a few steps from two welcoming bars where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif. Nearby, you'll also find one of the most renowned pizzerias in the area, famous for its excellent local cuisine.
